Account security
Giordano reserves its right to reject, delay or cancel the orders, if any information provided by customers is suspected of being fraudulent (including but not limited to, using stolen  account to settle payment for orders). Subject to applicable laws, the terms and conditions of transactions, we will refund the balanced amount after deducting applicable and necessary expenses. We will also blacklist those being identified as fraudulent use of credit cards etc., and will not process such orders.
