Account Creation
How do I sign up for an account?

You can sign up for an online account here.

I've forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot your password here. Enter your email address and click on the "Send password" button to receive a new password sent to the email address specified.

Order & Payments
How do I place an order?
  1. Select an item from our website
  2. Choose your preferred options
  3. Then select 'Add To Cart'.
  4. When you have finished shopping, click on the [Shopping Cart] at the top of the page and review your item details.
  5. When you are ready to complete your order, click the [Go to Cart] button and you will be taken to the checkout page to make payment.

You will have a choice of proceeding through the checkout as a registered user or as a guest user. As a registered user, you are able store multiple delivery addresses and access your order history.

Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?

Your order is final once payment has been processed. Therefore, it is important to check that your order and details are accurate before payment.

What are the types of payments accepted on the BHG online store?

BHG accepts major credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Alipay, JCB & Unionpay.

BHG also accepts payment via Atome, GrabPay & Hoolah.

Can I use BHG printed gift vouchers and printed promotional vouchers on the online store?

No. Unfortunately, this mode of payment is currently unavailable.

Why doesn't my payment do through?
  1. Pop Up Blocker - Please ensure that the settings for POP-UP BLOCKER for browser are set to OFF. Otherwise, the relevant transaction pages from the banks or payment vendors cannot be displayed and your transaction will not be processed.
  2. Card Details Entered Incorrectly
  3. Please try again and enter your details exactly as they appear on your card
  4. Session Time Out - Please refresh the page and try again. Do note that the payment will not go through and no amount will be deducted.

What is the delivery option and cost available?

How do I track my order?

A confirmation email with the order tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once items are picked up for delivery.

Exchange & Refunds
  1. BHG Singapore accepts returns, exchange or refunds within 2 months of delivery, subject to BHG Singapore’s prevailing return policy.
  2. Exchanged or returned Products must be in the original condition as when it was delivered, and must include its original vendor packaging, price tag(s), and Order Confirmation and/or invoice. BHG Singapore reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the above policy or for any other reason whatsoever..
  3. Merchandise must be un-used, unaltered and be in a re-saleable condition.
  4. Goods can be exchanged for a similar item or different item.
  5. Refund of purchase will be according to the original mode of payment or in the form of store credit.
  6. For hygiene reasons, the following categories are non-exchangeable and refundable.
  • Lingerie and Undergarments
  • Cosmetics
  • Beddings
  • Food and Hampers
  1. BHG Singapore reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the above policy or for any other reason whatsoever.
  2. Where a Product is defective, not of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, you may return the Product for an exchange or a refund of the amount paid for the Product without interest at the absolute discretion of BHG Singapore, subject to the applicable law.
  3. Products must be returned with any free gift(s) and/or gift card(s) received with respect to the returned Product.
  4. All returns, exchange or refunds must be made only at the Customer Service Counter, at BHG stores. We do not accept returns through mail.
  5. BHG Singapore will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.

 

All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used for the Order. If you obtain refund for any Products for which rebates or membership points have been credited, corresponding number of rebates/points for the Products returned will be deducted from your account.

In the event that the rebate/points amount in your account is insufficient to deduct the rebates, corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the Products. Please note that it takes approximately 21 days for a credit return to your card to be effective.

Click & Collect
When can i place order for click & collect?

You can place order for click & collect from 10am to 6pm daily.

Orders after 6pm will be available for collection the next day.

How long will the order be ready?

The order will be ready in approximately 4 hours from time of order.

How do i know if my order is ready for collection?

An email will be sent to you to inform you when your order is ready to be collected.

Where is the click & collect location?

Click & Collect location will be at BHG Bugis Customer Service Counter at Level 3.
